I have founded ART by Karina Füzesy with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience.

I conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers.

OUR SHIPPING POLICY

Depending on the size of the order and destination rates may vary. I am using GLS or personal delivery in some cases for both international and domestic orders. For more details feel free to read on rates and conditions here: GLS. -> GLS Prices.

For the sake of the costumer, we include insurance and tracking into shipping costs. Delivery is dependent on the address. Artworks will usually be shipped within 3-5 days. I will contact you if your order will ship later than expected. Contact me if your order is urgent (a last minute gift for example), and I will try to find a solution.

Payment is usually made through the webshop. Contact me if you would like to pay in another way (e.g. bank transfer, mobile pay, cash in person).

Prices include Danish VAT and other fees and taxes.

Buying multiple works can of course result in discounts. Write to me if you are interested in purchasing several works (for example as an art association or a company).

RETURNS

You can return your item for up to two weeks after you received or collected it. The product must be returned in the same condition as when you received it. Remember that you are responsible for the package until I have received it.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

All artworks are described and depicted to the best possible way. If it appears that there are significant errors or omissions in the description of the work - including attribution - the customer is entitled to cancel the purchase, to have the total purchase price refunded or receive a discount on the price. In case you face this kind of issue please contact me and we will sort it out.

I have taken reasonable care to ensure that the information contained on the site are complete and correct but do not warrant this to be the case and accepts no liability for any spelling mistakes and minor errors. It must be expected that the actual colours of the artworks may vary a little bit from the photos on the website. You are, of course, entitled to withdraw your purchase without any kind of justification within 14 days as long as your purchase is returned in the original condition and in due date and in appropriate packaging.
